We use 100% natural dried herbs — not essential oils — with no added chemicals, and we carefully control the amount used.
2. What benefits does the sachet & collar have for pets? In what situations can it be used?
Our herbal sachets & collars release gentle botanical aromas that bring three types of support for pets:
Calm Me Down Blend: Helps create a soothing atmosphere and makes pets feel more at ease.
Fresh Outdoors Blend: Brings a fresher outdoor experience, gently keeping little uninvited guests away.
Travel Ease Blend: Help ease the discomfort of long travel time.
This makes the sachets & collars suitable for everyday use at home, outdoor activities, or while traveling with your furry friend.
When these familiar scent is placed near their bed — or when the same-scented sachet & collar are attached to a backpack or placed inside a carrier during outings — they can give pets an extra sense of security in unfamiliar surroundings.

3. What should I be aware of when using it?
- Keep the sachet dry and away from water to maintain its aroma and effectiveness.

- Prevent pets directly ingesting the herbs inside.

- For pets with special conditions or existing health issues, consult a veterinarian before use.

If your cat or dog has epilepsy, respiratory issues, severe allergies, is pregnant, or has other chronic health conditions, we recommend consulting a veterinarian before use and avoiding placing the sachet & collar in a completely enclosed space for long periods.
4. How long does it last?
The aroma typically lasts 4-5 weeks, with the scent gradually fading over time.
You can gently squeeze or rub the sachet to help release the herbal aroma and make it smell fresher again.
5. Will the scent be harmful to humans?
Possible individual reactions: People who are allergic to pollen, herbs, or citrus may experience mild nasal itchiness or sneezing when exposed to the aroma.
There are no specific restrictions for pregnant women or infants, but we recommend keeping the area well-ventilated and avoiding prolonged, close contact in a completely enclosed space.
One important thing to note: some herbal scents may not be pleasant to the human nose, but they can be enjoyable or comforting for pets — our scent preferences are different, so we encourage you to consider it from your cat’s or dog’s perspective.
6. My pet doesn’t seem very interested — is that normal?
Not all cats or dogs will be fond of the scent — just like humans, pets have their own unique preferences. However, we offer a variety of scent options for you to explore, so you can find the one your furry friend enjoys most!
