Questions You Might Have
1. What herbs are inside the sachet? Is it completely safe for cats and dogs?
Our classic herbal blend:
- Dog blend: Rosemary leaf, Dried Tangerine Peel, Mugwort leaf, Lemongrass, Patchouli leaf
- Cat blend: Rosemary leaf, Catnip, Honeysuckle flower, Mugwort leaf, Patchouli leaf
We use 100% natural dried herbs — not essential oils — with no added chemicals, and we carefully control the amount used. This allows each sachet to release a gentle aroma that helps soothe your pet while also subtly keeping little uninvited guests away.
Because cats and dogs have different sensitivities, we’ve created separate herbal blends for them.
2. What benefits does the sachet have for pets? In what situations can it be used?
Our classic herbal sachet releases a gentle botanical aroma that helps soothe and comfort pets, making them feel more relaxed. It also gently keeps little uninvited guests away, helping create a fresher, more comfortable environment.
When this familiar scent is placed near their bed — or when the same-scented sachet is attached to a backpack or placed inside a carrier during outings — it can give pets an extra sense of security in unfamiliar surroundings.
Suggested uses:
- Place it in their bed or resting area
- Attach it to a harness or collar
- Hang it in any of their usual activity spaces
- During outings, attach it to a backpack or place it inside a cat/dog carrier
3. What should I be aware of when using it?
- Avoid placing the sachet in a completely sealed space for extended periods, to prevent potential discomfort for your pet.
- Keep the sachet dry and away from water to maintain its aroma and effectiveness.
- Prevent pets from tearing the sachet or directly ingesting the herbs inside.
- For pets with special conditions or existing health issues, consult a veterinarian before use.
If your cat or dog has epilepsy, respiratory issues, severe allergies, is pregnant, or has other chronic health conditions, we recommend consulting a veterinarian before use and avoiding placing the sachet in a completely enclosed space for long periods.
4. How long does it last?
The sachet’s aroma typically lasts 1–2 months, with the scent gradually fading over time.
You can gently squeeze or rub the sachet to help release the herbal aroma and make it smell fresher again.
5. Will the scent be harmful to humans?
Possible individual reactions: People who are allergic to pollen, herbs, or citrus may experience mild nasal itchiness or sneezing when exposed to the aroma.
There are no specific restrictions for pregnant women or infants, but we recommend keeping the area well-ventilated and avoiding prolonged, close contact in a completely enclosed space.
One important thing to note: some herbal scents may not be pleasant to the human nose, but they can be enjoyable or comforting for pets — our scent preferences are different, so we encourage you to consider it from your cat’s or dog’s perspective.
6. My pet doesn’t seem very interested — is that normal?
Not all cats or dogs will be fond of the scent — just like humans, pets have their own unique preferences. However, we offer a variety of scent options for you to explore, so you can find the one your furry friend enjoys most!
